Suddenly, the dog barks and breaks into a run.
Dann stoppt er. Was hast du gerochen?
Then he stops in his tracks. What did you smell?
Und warum versteckst du dich jetzt hinter mir?
And why are you hiding behind me now?
Oh – ein Wildschwein – da sind wir besser vorsichtig!
Oh – a wild boar – we‘ll rather be careful!
Wir schauen es nicht an und gehen langsam in die andere Richtung. Sag nichts Falsches, Earl Grey!
We don‘t look at it and walk slowly into the opposite direction. Don‘t say anything stupid now, Earl Grey!
Das Wildschwein überlegt – vielleicht schaut es auch ein bisschen erschrocken….
The boar considers – it might look a bit startled, too...
Und so geht es auch lieber in die andere Richtung. Gut gegangen für alle!
And so it also walks into the opposite direction. That ended well for us all!
A blue eyed boar. That's rare! What good luck they had it did not attack!

Earl Grey was very good not to provoke the boar! Maybe he even was a little scared. Clever dog!
