Hier sollte es einen spektakulären Ausblick aufs Waldecker Land geben. Stattdessen nur dicker Nebel.

Here we ought to have a spectacular view over Waldecker Land (the Waldeck country). Instead, nothing but thick fog.

Hatte der Wetterbericht uns nicht Sonne versprochen? Da funkt uns wohl der See dazwischen!

Didn‘t the forecast promise sunshine? It must be the lake getting in the way.

So was Doofes! Na gut, wir werden das Beste daraus machen.

How stupid! Well, let‘s make the best of it.

Eigentlich ist es so doch ganz romantisch.

Weg ist er. Zeit für eine Pause. Pausen sind immer gut.

Gone he is. It‘s time for a break. A break always is a good thing.
