The gardeners have finished our new fence!

But the rest of the garden - oh no. A lot of work to do.

It will take a while, but I started it.
The fence looks wonderful. hopefully the weather will cooperate as you work on the rest of the garden.
AntwortenLöschenAt the moment, the weather is awful. It has rained for weeks, and now we have frost. So, gardening will have to wait. But that gives the children ore time for planning!
LöschenThat fence does look really nice. And soon you'll be able to get the rest of the work done, you will have to take Milo's offer of help and maybe he can persuade some of the other boys and girls to join in and help out too. I'm sure they'll all chip in and it'll be done in no time at all! ;)

It is a very nice, solid fence, and the dry wall also looks very good. Sadly, most of it is only seen from the outside!

What a nice fence and gate. So nice when someone else does the work. But alas the rest of the garden is yours to do but I am sure with Milo's help and time it will all be looking very special by the time Spring gets here.

As we had frightful weather, the garden still looks more or less the same. It's the first time I am really glad that it is so small! So I hope we will get the work done before summer...
LöschenVery nice looking gate. Our gate is starting to look a little beat up, so that will probably be a project for this summer. Milo is so right. Gardening projects can seem overwhelming, but you just have to work on a little bit at a time.

We were planning to replace the hedge and fence since last winter, but it was a problem to find a gardener. The first company we asked never started work, and after their fourth call to delay the appointment, we fired them. The other company worked fast and neatly, but we had lost months.
