Wir kamen schon eine Woche vor Ostern im Zwergenhaus an. Diesmal gab es einiges zu tun.
We arrived at the Gnome Home a week before Easter. This time, there was a lot to do.
Cody and Marty, who are not twins but look as if they were, have found a part of the holiday preparations.
Why did Mummy put brush cuttings into a vase? They don't even have leaves!
Sie hat gesagt, das wird die Deko für Ostern.
She said they will be our Easter decoration.
Kahle Zweige? Na ich weiß nicht. Erwachsene sind manchmal komisch!
Bare twigs? I don't know. Grown ups sometimes get funny ideas!
Alas they are too young to understand about decoration and it's requirements.
AntwortenLöschenI'm sure they will be impressed once everything's done and an Easter egg of two are found !
I believe they'll find the Easter eggs much more important than the decoration. Boys...
LöschenI loved the Pussy Willow branches in the vase all ready to receive it's hanging egg decorations. Good forward thinking!
AntwortenLöschenTwo good looking, well dressed lads here!
In fact, they are both wearing last year's sweaters. With so many children in my Sasha family, it's not possible to give everyone new clothes each season. Well they share and swap, so it's new to them!
LöschenThe Gregoropolis kids think that Daddy Steve gets funny ideas as well. They say that the only thing to do is humor him.
AntwortenLöschenThey do that very well! Don't we grown ups all get funny ideas?
LöschenGrown ups are funny, aren't they, but sometimes you have to just humour us because we like the twigs and cuttings and think they look pretty and decorative!
AntwortenLöschenOne day you'll understand boys!!!
