Damit es endlich mal weitergeht mit dem Frühling, habe ich angefangen kurzärmlige Pullover zu stricken. Die gehen auch viel schneller!
To do something about spring, I started knitting short sleeved jumpers. They are finished much faster!
Mona trägt einen davon, zur Original-Cordhose ihres Bruders Felix.
Die Kakteen sind in ihren alten Bräter eingezogen.
Mona wears one of them with her brother Felix's original cords.
The cacti have moved into their vintage casserole.
Die sind ganz schön groß!
Ich hab die schon recht lange, nur standen sie nie ideal. Für ihr Alter sind sie eher mickrig. Im Wintergarten müssten sie jetzt endlich genug Licht bekommen.
They are pretty huge!
I've had them for a long time, but they never had an ideal place to stand. In fact, they are on the small side for their age. In the conservatory they should get enough light at last.
Möchtest du nach draußen Mona?
Weiß nicht - vielleicht kommt bald besseres Wetter?
Would you like to go outside, Mona?
I don't know - maybe we'll get better weather soon?
It's just typical that as soon as we start to think of lovely Spring things to make , like your lovely short sleeved sweater, the weather decides to go back the other way! We are being told to expect a very cold snowy snap this weekend!
AntwortenLöschenYour Cacti will do very well in their new warm and sunny conservatory and may grow so big the Sasha's will need to stand on each others shoulders to reach the top!
The cacti are meant to grow at least two Sashas high, so I hope their new place in the conservatory will do the trick.
AntwortenLöschenI knitted already five short sleeved sweaters - and what did we get? Eight centimetres of snow!
I like her little short sleeved jumper, looks great and hopefully soon she can go outside and not feel chilly, because at the moment it does still look a bit cold out there.
AntwortenLöschenThe cacti will definitely grow big in their new home, especially with surroundings like yours! ;)
