Hörnergruppe Bolsterlang

Am Dienstag fuhren wir mit der Bolsterlanger Hörnerbahn - nur nach oben, den Weg nach unten machten wir zu Fuß. Das war vor allem den Dackeln sehr recht, denn die waren nicht überzeugt dass die Seilbahn sicher ist.

On Tuesday, we rode on the Hörnerbahn Bolsterlang - only uphill, we hiked the way down. The dachshunds were happy about this, not only for the exercise, but also because they worried the cable car might not be safe.

Hinter Harley sind die Kabinen zu sehen. Die Bahn ist sehr modern und gemütlich und wirkt auf Nicht-Dackel kaum gefährlich.

One of the cars is just visible above Harley. The tram is very modern and looks not at all dangerous, at least to the non-dachshunds.

Der Baum hat sich große Mühe gegeben nicht den Hang runter zu rutschen. Gigantische Wurzeln!

This tree worked real hard not to slide down the slope. Enormous roots!

Harley war begeistert dass es bergab geht. Aber nach einer Weile zieht das ganz schön in den Waden!

Harley was pleased she only had to hike downhill. But after a while, this strains your calves!
