After yesterday's blurred photos, I took Patrick into the front yard today. I believe one of these photos at least only is over-exposed...
Zumindest auf meinem Monitor sieht man hier endlich mal die schönen blauen Augen richtig.
On my screen, the pretty blue eyes are clearly visible.
- und hier das ebenfalls schöne blaue Lungenkraut. Der Hund hat keinen Sinn dafür, der ist aus Blech.
- and the just as pretty blue lungwort - I realized that plant also is called spotted dog, but this dog here doesn't care - it is made of tin.

Das Bauernkinder-Kostüm ist so gut wie fertig. Und Nick freut sich, denn die Iris sind weiter aufgeblüht. Barry sieht etwas interessierter aus als sein Blech-Kollege...
The farm kid outfit is almost finished. And Nick is pleased because the irises have grown. Barry looks a bit more interested than his tin brother.
His blue eyes show up nicely on my computer too :)

Barry is a Steiff St Bernard, a very lucky find. I'm trying to get one that is standing because that would be even more fun, but they are pretty expensive...
