Sweet Transvestite....

..... but certainly not from Transsexual Transsylvania!

Like most of the others, or like anybody, I regularly visit sashadoll.uk to see what's new, way beyond my budget. But last week I lost control and adopted someone from there.

Yesterday I could collect Frankie from the GLS shop. He's a 69 Gregor wigged due to falling hair, and he was transformed into a girl, as it happens frequently.

A very pretty girl! Wearing a two-toned Monique wig and a professionally sewn beautiful dress. For a moment, I hesitated...

... but I had (when Sophia came to live with us) ordered a Prince Gregor wig, and now its time had come! (My kitchen really needs some TLC.)

I choose unisex clothing to be absolutely certain, and in the pics, the wig is as it came out of its bag. But that is a boy, or isn't he? I believe he looks much happier now. In the meantime, I made a new Tee for him, and I trimmed the wig a little using blending scissors. No doubt: It's a boy!

  1. Well that is where she/he went!! I was sorely tempted, but glad that you adopted this little sweetie, so I can still see him, now that he has gone back to being a boy, and what a handsome boy he makes too. I have that wig and it is very versitile, I might have to try it again on a baldy that I have at home.
But I'm really glad that he is not from Transsexual Transsylvania! Having seen that crazy show a number of times on the stage in the UK!!!

  2. I wonder where these dolls with bad or no hair go - each one I saw at Ebay so far was way too pricey. I'd really like to give wigging and eyes repainting a try, but not on a doll that is without flaws so far. On the other hand, I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a damaged doll or a doll in poor condition.
Sigh - patience is a hard word...

  3. Fantastic job bringing him back to his original self! I hate it when boys are gender-reassigned just because someone is too lazy to find a boy wig. He is so handsome now!
