Im Nachlass meiner Schwiegermutter war unter anderem ein Stück Stoff, übrig geblieben von Bettwäsche die sie in Auftrag gegeben hatte. Gerade genug für ein Kleidchen mit passenden Shorts.

When clearing my late mother-in-law's flat 10 years ago, we kept a piece of fabric left over from bedclothes she had customized. I found it again last weekend, and it was just sufficient for a little dress with matching shorts.

Meine Mädels haben immer noch zu wenig passende Schuhe (Leder ist unterwegs!), aber ich denke diese Käthe Kruse gehen dazu. Der Stoff hat eingewebte große Satinkaros und ist mit Veilchensträußen bedruckt. Sehr verspielt!

My girls still lack matching shoes (leather is on its way), but I think the dark blue Käthe Kruse will do. The fabric has a woven satin stripe and violet bunches print. Very dainty!

Mona findet dass ihr das Kleid sehr gut steht, und sie hat recht. Mona hat sowieso Spaß am Modeln, sie hat auch das T-Shirt für Dees Wettbewerb im März vorgeführt.

Mona believes the dress suits her well, and of course she is right. She likes modeling anyway, it was her showing off the Tee for Dee's competition in March.
