A workmate parted with two particularly pretty fabrics for the mask project. From one of them, I afterwards had just enough left for a little summer dress.

Lovely fabric and perfect that there was just enough for a dress. The weather as sadly changed but the gardens do need a good soaking, so we must bite our tongues for a day or so before we can complain :)
AntwortenLöschenOur garden here got a good soaking, and it needed it badly. Sadly, that means we're overrun by snails. They even ate a potato plant! But now we're back, so I can get rid of the little slimy monsters.
LöschenThis is a lovely dress and yes, the fabric is so summery....but oh dear, not the weather. Maybe it will clear up and be sunny at the GnomeHome? I hope so. But if not, then hopefully you'll still have fun :)

Actually, it was VERY dry at the GnomeHome. I wish I could send some of the rain we have here farther north... it's wet enough here and far too dry there.
